Stella Posh, LLC in Gilbert, Arizona has a new focus for 2024. After celebrating its fifth birthday, Stella Posh is moving away from its brick-and-mortar retail store to focus on its biggest customer demographic - online sales.
"Our online customer base - primarily here in the United States, has branched out internationally over the last few years. With our success with the online demographic, we've decided it's best to focus on this area of our business moving forward", says owner Allison Calalang. With online sales through various platforms exceeding 50,000 products sold, Allison sees a need for a stronger fulfillment operation to cater to this growth.
Stella Posh began in the home-office of this busy mom in Gilbert, Arizona in March 2019. With heavy online growth during the quarantine era, Calalang learned to adapt quickly. One thing that hasn't changed, is her commitment to quality.
"Our products are all made in small batches. Some via manufacturer, some in-house, and we have a penchant for quality", says Calalang. With a focus on her hands-on approach in business, Allison remains loyal to her founding principles. Each product is still hand-packaged, and all designs are exclusive. Although customers will no longer have the option to shop in the Gilbert location, Stella Posh still offers a robust "buy and try" return policy, with a generous 90-day return window.
"Although I miss interacting with our customers directly, I'm now able to free up several hours per day to focus on designing new products, marketing, and our social presence.", says Calalang.
